The hotel has a fun island vibe and is just a short walk to The Island, making it super convenient. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty during my stay, and the noise from the strip was noticeable. Enjoyed the indoor pool and the bike rental options were great for exploring the area.

The indoor pool is nice and open late, plus they offer free bike rentals which is a fun bonus. The breakfast was pretty disappointing; the selection was limited, and the food didn't taste fresh. it was a decent stay.

This hotel is awesome because it's just a few steps away from The Island in Pigeon Forge, which offers a ton of entertainment, restaurants, and shopping options, making it super convenient for walking around and soaking in the lively atmosphere; we loved that we could easily stroll over to attractions like the Titanic Museum and Jurassic Jungle Boat Ride, all less than two kilometers away. The rooms were nice and clean, but daily housekeeping could be improved to make the stay even better.

You can stroll to several attractions in no time. The balcony view is scenic and perfect for coffee, and who doesn’t love a decent breakfast spread with pancakes and bacon?
But the breakfast quality could use a little boost.

I was really disappointed with the lack of a bar on-site; a simple tiki bar would’ve made the stay so much better. Plus, the parking situation was a nightmare, especially with my handicap tag—always full!

Location is everything. This hotel excels. It’s a short walk to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Parking is convenient—just across the alley, making it easily accessible. The indoor pool is a bonus, open until midnight, perfect for winding down after a long day. Rooms are clean, well-decorated, and comfortable, though they could benefit from better soundproofing. My only complaints: a spider incident on the first night and inconsistent housekeeping. The breakfast is robust and tasty. Staff are friendly and accommodating. While some minor issues exist, they don’t overshadow the overall experience. This place hits the mark in many ways and is ideal for a family getaway.

Room was comfy with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and fridge. Loved the hot tub and fitness center. Breakfast had a nice selection, staff was super friendly. Lobby smelled great, but the room had a musty odor and missed some cleaning details like trash. Exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t help much after showers.

Couldn't recommend more! ❤️😊

The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.
The bathroom wasn't clean; there was dirt on the floor and in the corners. I woke up early to trash pickup making a loud racket for 30 mins.

Great location and a lovely atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the free bikes for morning rides along the river. Breakfast was a good deal, saving the family a ton, but not all the rooms were as clean as hoped; a few details were missed. Noise from the highway interrupted sleep, and it got chaotic with the crowd during the rod run weekend. The lobby felt underwhelming, and parking was tight, especially on busy days. Still, it offered the right mix of fun and convenience for a family getaway.

The hotel was right in the heart of all the activities in Pigeon Forge, making it super easy to walk to The Island in less than a 5-minute stroll, and we were surrounded by amazing restaurants and shopping just minutes away, which I loved while taking leisurely strolls; the room was clean and comfortable, with great facilities like an indoor pool and delicious breakfast, but it would have been nice if our room was a bit more spacious for our group.

I had a blast exploring the entertainment complex, sipping craft beers at Yee Haw Brewery with my crew, and indulging in hearty mountain food at Timberwood Grill. The theme park was a hoot too!
Oh, just what I needed, slippery entrance driveway. not! .

The room was spacious and clean, but the beds were a bit too firm for my liking. The pillows were small and not very comfortable, lacking the usual quality I expect from this brand. Noise from the elevator was disruptive, waking me each morning. Temperature control was effective, but I wished for a cleaner overall appearance. The private outdoor pool area was a highlight, and breakfast was surprisingly tasty. Unfortunately, the view from our room was mostly blocked, and the hot tub didn't maintain its heat.

The rooms were great, clean, and comfy for all of us. The staff was super nice, helped us with anything we needed, and the pool was a hit with the kids.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, it was worth it!

Chillin' on the private balcony, me and my crew soaked in the sick views of The Island, sippin' on drinks, and taking mad pics with that massive Smoky Mountain Wheel. The place was sick for party peeps, with shops, attractions, and eateries on fleek!
It would've been dope if the hotel had a DJ set by the pool or some lit evening parties to pump up the vacay vibe for us young bloods! .

Our family had a fantastic time exploring The Island in Pigeon Forge from our balcony. The Smoky Mountain Wheel offered stunning views, while the shops and restaurants provided hours of entertainment. The pirate ships and lagoon added a swashbuckling charm to our visit.
My kids wished for more kid-friendly bathroom amenities.

Loved the convenient location, super close to everything & easy parking! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had great water pressure in the shower. loved the breakfast, free parking, friendly staff, comfy beds, and the indoor pool open until midnight. Free bikes, a big inviting lobby, and lots of hooks for wet towels - awesome extras!
One room had a faulty AC unit, leaving it smelly and damp. The front desk missed informing us about breakfast until our last day.

The beds and pillows were comfy, and the room was clean with plenty of bright lights. The receptionist at check-in was professional and friendly, making us feel welcomed. the breakfast was disappointing with cold food and slow service at the juice station. The thin walls allowed us to hear noise from neighboring rooms, affecting our sleep quality. I appreciated the efforts of the staff, especially Tina at the front desk, who helped arrange a lovely birthday surprise. The hotel's proximity to the island was convenient for us and provided entertainment for our family. some aspects of the room were lacking, such as the musty smell and lack of a balcony in the Island side king room. The beds were too hard for our liking, and the noise from outside made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

the margaritaville island inn was clean and comfy - within walking distance of the island and other attractions. the staff were helpful, and we only used our car once during our 2-day stay.
Strongly recommend

Great location near the Islands, friendly staff, comfortable bed, amazing shower, and relaxing hot tub.
Felt unwelcome, no reason to complain.

My stay at Margaritaville Island Inn was delightful. The hotel had a fun, lively atmosphere and the Christmas decorations added a festive touch. The close proximity to the Island and Dolly's adventures made it a perfect location for my trip. I loved the comfortable beds and the hot breakfast options. I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is fantastic, within walking distance to popular attractions like The Island and Dolly Parton Pirate Voyage. Moreover, there's a pancake house nearby if you prefer something different from the complimentary breakfast, which had a great variety. The cleanliness and overall safety standards were impressive, providing peace of mind during our stay.
The elevator ride was a bit unsettling, especially on the top floor, with odd noises and vibrations. Additionally, the hotel's misleading listing led to disappointment as it's not located exactly where we expected, despite being at the beginning of the area.

we just got home from a visit with the inn and told ourselves we would take the time to write a review because we were so impressed. we visited with my daughter and 2 of her friends and loved the amount of counter space in the bathroom and in the room itself. the beds, pillows, and sheets were very comfortable. we loved the amount of outlets to charge our phones, the lighting, and large mirror. the room and the whole hotel was very clean and smelled great. loved the convenience to the island and surrounding areas.
Everything was spot on 😊

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the island and other activities within walking distance. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. it was a wonderful experience as budget traveler guests.
That the breakfast options could have been more varied, especially considering the cost of the stay.
